Guaranteed time didn't work too well. Next I'd like to try guaranteed time with overlap - Wake Helen up 10 minutes before the end of my shift, and stay on 10 minutes after the end of my shift - and vice versa.
Though, regardless of our shifts, plans and strategies, I think we just have to face up to the fact that we're going to be absolutely exhausted permanently for the next few months.
